严格挑选化学成份，经新技术特　别提炼后，能提高钢材本质伸延　性、韧性、及溶接性，不容易爆　裂。
（尤其经而wire-cut后一些薄位　及较难度设计位都不会因碳的氧　化而变得太脆弱，容易爆裂。）

(Especially, the oxidation from carbon created by the wire-cut will cause easy wearings cracking.)
