Description
The SANMU9O1 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. The SM901 Series ink roll is SANMU's general, all purpose ink roll. It is made for use on SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films.

• SANMU901 series offers good roll life, good abrasion resistance, and excellent adhesion.
• SANMU901 series has very good adhesion to many packaging substrates including:

• SANMU902 series ink roll offers superior roll life, moderate abrasion resistance, and good adhesion.
• SANMU902 series ink roll provides improved print density.
• SANMU902 may cause package to package ink offset. It may also cause pickoff to contact points on the packaging equipment.
• Good adhesion to many packaging substrates including:
- polypropylene
- polyethylene
• SANMU902 is not recommended for printing on mylar laminates or metalized backed substrates.
• If SANMU902 series ink causes smearing, SANMU901 series ink should be used.
The SANMU9I8 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films. SANMU918 ink rolls have a low operating temperature and are recommended for printing on temperature sensitive packaging films, in addition to many other substrates. Recommended operating temperature: 130°C. Can operate at temperatures as low as 100° C). Very good roll life. Excellent abrasion resistance. Provides very good print performance at low operating temperatures. Excellent adhesion to many packaging substrates including: Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Nylon, Polyester.
• SANM9U26 Series ink roll offers moderate roll life, excellent abrasion resistance, fair adhesion, and excellent moisture resistance.
• SANMU926 Series ink roll is recommended for applications with heated processing equipment. This ink roll provides the best resistance to heat.
• Excellent adhesion to many packaging substrates including:
- polypropylene
- mylar laminates
- coated and uncoated labels
- coated and uncoated cartons
The SANMU903 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMUTouch Dry coders. SANMU903 series ink rolls have a low operating temperature and are recommended for printing on temperature sensitive packaging films. This series ink roll is available in black only. Designed for applications where low temperature is critical, such as thermal shrink wrapping. Ink softens at 70°C and melts at 80°C. Recommended operating temperature: 1O5°C.

• Excellent rub resistance.
Recommended for printing on oriented polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, and films printed with polyamide ink. Not suitable for printing logos or large text. Works well for date codes.
